About Guadalupe Enllana
Born to immigrant parents from Mexico, Guadalupe Enllana was raised in Richmond, attending West Contra Costa Schools and Contra Costa College. As a mother of four, including a child with special needs, she has firsthand experience navigating the education system. Guadalupe is deeply rooted in her community, advocating for students, parents, and staff as an active parent, resident, and volunteer. Her dedication is evident in her roles as the adult chair for the City of Richmond's Children and Youth Oversight Board and vice chair on the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee.

Community Involvement
Guadalupe has extensive experience as a volunteer and community organizer. She has been involved with organizations such as Catholic Charities of East Bay, St. Marks Church, and Building Blocks For Kids. She has coordinated workshops, facilitated school site Parent Clubs, and provided translation services. Her active participation in neighborhood councils and community events demonstrates her commitment to building a stronger Richmond.
